  • BBQ Economics

  • Foraging New Zealand

    By Peter Langlands
    4 stars

This book brought back childhood memories in the bush with my Dad where we would try things such as Hen and Chicken Fern and kiokio! Although it showed hundreds of plants you can eat it equally discussed the dangers of eating and how to distinguish those you shouldn’t. Including everything from scientific information to reciples and Tips. Personally I would love to find Woodland Strawberris, Wild fennell, Wild Asparagus and Passion fruit flowers
