  • Lore Olympus Volume 1

    By Rachel Smythe
    5 stars

Re- read this to have a wee break from reading smut and I will always love this story. Centered mainly in Persephone and Hades and the struggles they have to do with duty, their social lives, work etc as they fall in love. 100% a great story that is still unfolding

  • Crescent City

    By Sarah J Maas
    5 stars

Thrilling page turner. Easy read and could not put down. Follows Bryce after a tragic life altering event and the mystery that surrounds it sets her journey into play.

  • Kingdom of the Feared

    By Kerri Maniscalco
    4 stars

A great end to the trilogy, ties up the Wrath and Emilia story with other potential story lines that could arise in any follow on books. Easy to read and follow generally enjoyable and plenty romanstacy.

  • Kingdom of the Cursed

    By Kerri Maniscalco

Second in the romantasy series and certainly is better than the first. Pace is quicker and a few more questions answered from seeds laid in the first story.

  • The Adultery Club

    By Tess Stimson
    3 stars

Easy to ready, told through the narrative of Mal, Nicholas and Sara as Mal and Nicholas navigate a rut during their marriage. Chick-lit at its finest and took an evening to get through so not arduous.

  • Throne of the Fallen

    By Kerri Maniscalo
    3 stars

Throne of the Fallen follows The Prince of Envy who enters a game full of riddles, deception and danger to save his crumbling kingdom. Envy makes a deal with Camilla, an artist who is another player in this deadly game. Along the way they face enemies and learn about each other while trying not to fall in love. Interesting concept - the storyline was a little bit janky in parts but a quick read with a morally grey love interest and plenty of smut so 3 stars :)

  • Cruel Seduction

    By Katee Robert
    2 stars

Book number 5 in the Dark Olympus series - wasn’t that blown away by it. The story line is flimsy and if this were an episode on a tv show it would be a gap filler. Easy to read however - bit of a junk food read book.

  • The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes

    By Suzanne Collins
    4 stars

A prequel to the Hunger Games trilogy with a few nods to the original books. This is the back story into President Snow and his dark dive into power within The Capitol. The book is 100% better than the movie - READ IT BEFORE WATCHING THE MOVIE!

  • A Court of Silver Flames

    By Sarah J. Maas
    4 stars

This is the fifth book in the ACOTAR fantasy series and is told through the standpoint of both Nesta and Cassian. This is -kind of- an enemies to lovers style story and mostly ties up the series well. Lots of smut to be had and I enjoyed the character development.
