Paranormal romance. Sonya McTavish inherits a beautiful manor house only trouble is it’s haunted! Great story but as it’s the first in the trilogy it might be better to wait to they are all out so you don’t finish on a cliffhanger and this ends with a major one !

Book number 23 in the Thomas Pitt detective series set in Victorian England.Thomas is working for Special Branch and as part of his investigation into the death of a ex - army officer travels to Egypt. Not the best book in the series but still well worth reading . The book gives a good insight into the ugliness of London in that era.
