I came across this book whilst browsing through kindle books and was pleasantly surprised. I like how Robin advocates for a holistic approach in healthcare and explains how powerful empathy and human connection is in medicine. As I was reading it I could relate many things he was saying to how I like to work with students in high school! Thoroughly enjoyed reading this and will look more into the Havening technique.
