Loved this book. Be cautious when recommending this book as there is a rape scene in there, abuse. There are parts of the book that are humorous, witty and empowering set in the 1960s that challenges societal norms and celebrates the resilience and intelligence of its remarkable protagonist, Elizabeth Zott.

However, his fan Lottie has other plans for John and gets to be the nanny of his kids. Vicky, John’s wife, absolutely loves Lottie ( now Becky) but John tries to get rid of her before Vicky finds out about him cheating on her.
Once upon a Crime

Once upon a crime is a psychological thriller with lots of dark twists in it. Det. Sullivan has her brand new shield and she's on her way to her first homicide with her experienced partner, Det. McPherson. As Det. Sullivan learns the ropes from Det. McPherson, the body count starts to rise and the Grim Reaper decides to go after Chelsea the detective. Great book and look forward in reading the next book in the series.
