  • Thief of Time

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

This is a real time twister. You have to be on your toes to keep up with the twists and turns in this book, and there are plenty of surprises throughout. As usual Terry Pratchett's character development is superb.

  • Making Money

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

Another hilarious character that seems to triumph no matter what obstacles are in front of him. This is the second book about Moist von Lipwig (always love the names of Terry Pratchett's characters). To get a full understanding of the character read Going Postal first. However, you can enjoy the story as a stand-a-lone book. Very funny but also a comment on society.

  • The Truth

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

I love the Terry Pratchett books set in Ankh Morepork. It is an amazing city straight out of the author's vivid imagination. A very clever storyline and more incredible characters that you can't get enough of. I was gripped following William de Worde through his adventures to produce the truth despite many setbacks.

  • Mort

    By Terry Pratchett
    4 stars

A shorter, more simple storyline though containing enough twists and turns to keep the reader interested. What if Death had a daughter and then got an apprentice? No need to have read other Terry Pratchett books to enjoy this one.

  • Interesting Times

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

If you've read the first couple of Terry Pratchett books in the discworld series, you will know Rincewind, the extremely lucky but unlucky wizard. He always manages to save the world, despite only trying to hide away from excitement. Follow his hilarious adventures and meet a mix of old and new characters along the way.

  • Carpe Jugulum

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

This is another book in the witches series of the Discworld universe by Terry Pratchett. This time it is vampires threatening the witches' home town. Another very entertaining read. Pratchett is a master storyteller.

  • Lords and Ladies

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

Another great Terry Pratchett book in the discworld universe. An interesting take on Elves, put the romanticized Lord of the Rings elves out of your mind, these elves don't play nice. I also love the way that Terry Pratchett heroes are never heroic.

  • Witches Abroad

    By Terry Pratchett
    5 stars

A very fun read. The characters are hilarious and the plot ridiculous but a very entertaining read. You can't help but be drawn into the action despite yourself.

  • Strata

    By Terry Pratchett
    4 stars

One of Terry Pratchett's early books, a sort of prequel to his Discworld series. Not quite as satisfying but certainly an interesting read. Pratchett knows how to set a scene and develop characters.
