Robin was a very interesting individual, filled with self-doubt, depression and addiction issues.
Filled with secrets and stigma. Interesting read.
While there is nothing “wrong” with this book I struggled and only got through half of the book before putting it down. Perhaps I’m just not a royalist or I’ve read too many autobiography and biographies lately.
This was a quick read for me. A story with many twists and turns. Family secrets don't stay buried for long. A violent childhood helped him to become who he is today.
I re-read this looking for short stories to teach in class. I particuarly enjoyed Nic Low's (Ngai Tahu) story named Slick.
Hilarious in moments, sad in others. A book about fighting your demons and finding your true self.
Inspiring, deals with his stage 4 bowel cancer journey.
I read this book in about 4 hours. Very interesting, Bree has overcome some significant life challenges.
